Walkthrough - The Cathedral

This is a Walkthrough for my image The Cathedral which can be found at my Art Account.

Please note: this is a walkthrough - it's not meant to teach you how to reproduce the image. It's meant to show you how I work, which techniques I use, what my thinking process was and ultimately how I arrived at the end result. I want to help you use Photoshop to make your visions come to life, not to hold your hand while you do nothing but repeat the steps. I hope you can appreciate and respect the difference!

_{However I've recently come to the conclusion that trying to copy some aspects or the mood of a piece is not always to be condemned. This basically means that if you want to try and recreate it, you're welcome to. Don't expect me to help you out when you get stuck though, because I believe that the merit in trying to copy something is to gain insights into techniques that can later be used to create something new and unique. Giving you step-by-step instructions would negate that pretty much completely. So, if you recreate it, give credit where credit is due.}

In any case, I'd appreciate it if you'd let me see what you've created - I'm curious like that.
